Why it matters

Participant Surveys questions, answered
When do surveys go out?+
Either when a coordinator sends one, or automatically — pick the participation statuses that should trigger it (completed, early termination), how many days to wait, whether to send one reminder, and how long the link stays live.
Can responses be anonymous?+
Yes. Mark a survey anonymous and responses are stored with no link back to the participant, and the participant is told so on the form. Use it when you want candid answers about the site itself.
What do I get back?+
Per-question rollups, the average of rating and scale answers, an NPS breakdown when the survey has a recommend question, and response rates per invitation — so you can compare studies and coordinators rather than reading every answer.
Do participants need an account?+
No. Each invitation is an unguessable link delivered by email or SMS. The form states plainly that taking part is voluntary, and expired or already-completed links stop working.
Can I use this for patient-reported outcomes?+
Surveys are built for experience and satisfaction feedback — post-study exit, visit satisfaction, follow-up check-ins. They are not a substitute for validated PRO instruments collected into your EDC under the protocol.
Can we start from a template?+
Yes. A post-study exit survey and a three-question visit satisfaction survey ship as starting points, both editable question by question.
