Flip a study on — Trialflow does the recruiting
Managed Recruitment
Open a study to Trialflow-managed recruitment and we provision the screener, follow-up sequence, and campaign. Every lead is yours.
What you get
- One-step activation: screener, follow-up sequence, and campaign provisioned for you
- A dedicated enrollment page with the questionnaire right on it — no extra click
- Eligibility shown as a plain-language “you may be able to take part if” list
- Three follow-up touches over a week, then a hand-off to your coordinators
- Results appear in your own referral report, next to every channel you already run
Why it matters
Some studies need more top-of-funnel than your own channels can supply. Activate managed recruitment on a study and Trialflow sets everything up inside your organization — the public screening questionnaire, an automated follow-up sequence, and a tracked attribution campaign — then sends participants to an enrollment page built for someone who arrived from an ad. The leads that come back land in your database, owned and worked by your team like any other.

FAQ
Managed Recruitment questions, answered
Who owns the leads Trialflow recruits?+
You do. Activation provisions the questionnaire, follow-up sequence, and campaign inside your own organization, so every submission becomes a lead in your database — owned, worked, and reported on exactly like leads from any other source.
What do I have to set up?+
Nothing. Activation provisions the screening questionnaire, the follow-up sequence, and the attribution campaign for you. If you already have a screening form attached to the study, it’s used as-is — only made publicly reachable — rather than replaced.
What wording do participants see?+
Your own. Activation requires a patient-facing study description, because campaigns run on that wording and you’re responsible for it being IRB-approved. Protocol criteria aren’t shown raw — they surface as a plain-language “you may be able to take part if” list written for the public.
How does follow-up work?+
The managed sequence sends three touches over about a week, then hands the candidate to your coordinators. A sequence that keeps emailing someone who has gone quiet burns your sending domain, so it deliberately stops and lets a human take over.
How do I know what it’s delivering?+
Traffic and submissions are attributed to the study’s managed campaign, so what Trialflow delivers shows up in your own referral report next to every partner and ad campaign you run — measured the same way.
Can I pause it?+
Yes. Pausing delists the study and stops the follow-up sequence, but deletes nothing — including the signed activation agreement, so who agreed, when, and to which terms stays answerable later.
Where do participants come from?+
Campaigns point at the study’s enrollment page, and recruiting studies are also listed on Trialflow’s participant-facing study directory, where visitors browse by condition. The directory only publishes once enough studies are recruiting across the network, so your study is never advertised on an empty page.
